How Return/Refund Works :

We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. In addition, any item purchased on sale cannot be returned unless there is an embroidery/colour issue or any other major defect with the product.

In case the product is damaged, the product can be returned - please email us details and images within 2 days of order receipt at peopleofkcouture@gmail.com. You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision of refund can be made.The money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

Please note that our products are made with handloom and we only use natural or azo-free dyes. Since these are handcrafted, they tend to have small irregularities in each piece. The product will not be returned if they fall in the category of irregularities.

To process an exchange, send us an email at peopleofkcouture@gmail.com or give us a call at +91 9920022818 and our team will confirm your exchange request via email.

Exchange requests are only considered if sent within 2 days after receiving the product. In the email confirming your exchange request, you will receive the address to which you have to ship the garment back. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive the garment, our team will inspect the garment and ship the new piece to you which will be delivered within the next 5-7 business days, Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

Please note, that all products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

How Customization Works:

We are more than happy to make your dress according to your choice and measurements.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your choice of size and color against the original product and allow us at least 20-25 business days to ship your order.

However, a customized item cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

How Shipping Works:

As we are a sustainable brand we work on a 'Made to Order' basis for all garments to minimise waste and dead stock. Until and unless the product you loved is in stock and it's ready to ship!

Made to Order will take 20-25 business days to ship.

Ready to Ship orders will take 3-4 business days to ship.

There is a fixed charge of INR 150 for order value below INR 5000. Above the values, shipping is free in India.
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.
